Mathilda Bennett-Greene seeks to make hybrid bodies that utilise potential associations of their source material. A repurposed logic is implemented upon these hybrid bodies to form a sense of motion in stasis.
Through set up connections of physical capabilities, the qualities of ‘a tool’ are considered, its potential role and how this can be anthropomorphised. The conditions of strength are in question. How an understanding of strength has evolved and been warped by time, gender, function, in conjunction with the evolution of the tool itself.
